We are looking for a UX Lead to lead our UX TEAM @ BIT.


The UX Lead mission is managing our UX team to be on the road for transformative solutions informed by deep consumer behavior and insight, working to uncover the intangible attitudes, behaviors, and motivations that drive people’s choices and desires by solving problems. Challenging our processes and improve our way of interact with our customers, including the internal ones (our employees). Hep, that’s true this team is working for more than 5 million Portuguese families but also for more than 38 thousand Sonae MC employees.



WHAT WILL MAKE YOUR DAY…

  • Lead the MC UX team, managing workload, pipeline, priorities, and guide and inspire our talent to growth and to develop themselves.
  • Define personas, customer journeys, insight-opportunity frameworks, system maps, stories/scenarios and application processes flows;
  • Do iteratively design, test, and refine disruptive products and services and identify behavioral patterns and opportunity areas.
  • Drive the design strategy and make sure the customer perspective is the guiding principle along the whole process (flow evaluation, creation of features, E2E, features according to parameters, strategy and operational)
  • Design and facilitate internal workshops (e.g. ideation sessions) and external workshops with multi-disciplinary teams and corporate partners.



WHAT MAKES YOU THE ONE…

  • Degree in either Design, Business, Psychology, Strategy, Marketing or a related field;
  • An informative portfolio of work demonstrating strong human-centered design capabilities across a diverse range of projects;
  • Strong interpersonal and teaming skills, empathy and willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams;
  • Copywriting, branding or visual implementation skills are a plus;
  • Knowledge of Outsystems, JavaScript, CSS and HTML (plus).
